For our French Team in Illkirch we are seeking a

Your Misson :

  • Support our Senior Key Account Manager in managing a variety of key accounts (online and offline), while independently overseeing your first small retailers.
  • Handle and implement individual customer requests to strengthen relationships and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Plan and coordinate customer meetings, including the preparation of presentations for product launches and upgrades and actively participate in these engagements.
  • Track, analyze and evaluate sales performance, compare it with market insights and competitive benchmarks and proactively identify growth opportunities to share with internal stakeholders.
  • With your hunter mindset you’re willing to support the acquisition of new retail partners and developing strong, collaborative relationships.
  • Contribute to marketing and product range strategies, prepare customer-specific offers and help maintain a consistently high service quality.
  • Play a key role in enhancing our product visibility by ensuring an attractive and engaging brand presence - managing up-to-date, appealing content (online and offline) and coordinating promotional and sales activities.

Your Profile :

  • Successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship and additional initial experience in sales - ideally within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector.
  • A communicative, enthusiastic personality who enjoys interacting with people and a quick grasp of customer needs.
  • A results-driven, hunter mentality with first knowledge of sales techniques and processes.
  • A natural sales talent with strong customer orientation, empathy, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive and solution-focused, with the ability to spot opportunities and implement creative strategies.
  • Independent, structured, and self-motivated in your work approach.
  • A strong team player who also thrives when working autonomously and taking initiative.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within France and occasionally to our headquarters in Germany.
  • Fluent in English and enthusiastic about working in an international environment.
