Viridien is seeking an Internal Audit intern to join a team operating from Massy and Rotterdam. You will contribute to a variety of audit assignments and work alongside professionals with diverse backgrounds throughout all stages of the audit process.
The role requires pursuing a Master’s in Finance, Auditing or Accounting, with strong finance knowledge, bilingual French/English, and solid MS Office skills. The internship offers exposure to international audits and development opportunities.

Group Internal Audit represents the organization’s third line of defense, providing independent and objective assurance to the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors and Executive Management. Through a risk-based approach, the function evaluates the effectiveness of risk management, governance, and internal control processes across the organization. Internal audits are conducted regularly across all business areas and organizational levels within the Viridien Group. During engagement planning, internal auditors assess the activity’s objectives and related strategies, identify significant risks, evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of governance and control frameworks, and highlight opportunities for improvement. Independence and professional judgment are essential to establish a robust risk-based audit approach and allocate appropriate resources.
As Internal Audit intern, you will join a team of four professionals located in Massy and Rotterdam. You will join the Internal Audit team and actively contribute to a variety of audit assignments. Working alongside colleagues with diverse backgrounds, you will be involved in all stages of the audit process.
Currently pursuing a Master's degree or Business School program, with a specialization in Finance, Auditing, or Accounting. Strong knowledge of finance and accounting; prior experience in internal auditing or finance would be an asset. Professional proficiency in both French and English, written and spoken. Good command of Microsoft Office applications.
