Life Scientific is seeking a Junior Buyer to support procurement activities across toll manufacture, formulation materials, and packaging & labeling. You will help shape sourcing strategies and execute purchasing plans to keep the supply chain moving.

The role requires knowledge of agrochemical purchasing, familiarity with toll formulators, and the ability to travel regularly across Europe. A related bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related subject, or equivalent experience.
Fluent English.
Knowledge of purchasing mechanisms within the Agrochemical supply chain.
Knowledge of toll formulators and different formulations.
Knowledge of formulation inert manufacturers and distributors.
Knowledge of packaging & labeling suppliers and manufacturing techniques.
Willingness to travel throughout Europe on a regular basis.

Responsabilités

Run the RFI/RFQ/RFP processes and plan negotiations.
Support and lead negotiations to deliver business benefits and cost improvements.
Be the point of contact for Toll Manufacture, Formulation Inerts, and Pack/Label Purchasing.
Develop sourcing strategies and supplier relationships.
Ensure supplier performance is monitored and communicated.
Keep ERP data up to date and handle transactional tasks in P2P.
