Parfums de Marly is seeking a motivated Junior FP&A Analyst to support our European Finance team in Paris. The role covers financial planning, reporting, and business analysis across Europe, collaborating with senior professionals and cross-functional teams.

You will help prepare monthly reports, monitor P&L against budgets, and contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes. Strong Excel and data skills, plus exposure to SAP BYD, are valued in this fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• Recent graduate or up to 2 years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; SAP BYD experience is a plus.

We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical Junior FP&A Analyst to join our European Finance team.

The successful candidate will support financial planning, reporting, and business analysis activities across Europe. Working closely with senior finance professionals and cross-functional teams, the Junior FP&A Analyst will gain broad exposure to financial management processes while contributing to business performance monitoring and decision‑making.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the preparation of monthly financial reporting and performance dashboards.
• Assist in monitoring P&L performance against budget, forecast, and prior year.
• Contribute to the preparation of reporting packages for management reviews.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

• Participate in the annual budget and periodic forecast processes.
• Collect, validate, and consolidate financial and operational data from various departments.
• Maintain planning templates and reporting files.

Business Support:

• Work closely with commercial and marketing teams to understand business performance.
• Provide analytical support to help identify risks and opportunities.
• Assist in developing reports and KPIs to support business decision‑making.

Process Improvement & Data Management:

• Maintain and improve financial reports and data accuracy.
• Support the implementation and optimization of finance processes and reporting tools.
• Participate in automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to work with large datasets and synthesize information.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Desired Background and Experience:

• Master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Recent graduate or up to 2 years of professional experience
• Significant practical experience gained through : apprenticeship, long‑term internship, VIE assignment, or a first permanent role in Finance, FP&A, Controlling, or Audit.
• Previous experience into the Beauty / Fragrance / Luxury industry is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, experience with SAP business by design (BYD) is a plus.
