Parfums de Marly is seeking a motivated Junior FP&A Analyst to support our European Finance team in Paris. The role covers financial planning, reporting, and business analysis across Europe, collaborating with senior professionals and cross-functional teams.

You will help prepare monthly reports, monitor P&L against budgets, and contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes. Strong Excel and data skills, plus exposure to SAP BYD, are valued in this fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• Recent graduate or up to 2 years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; SAP BYD experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support monthly financial reporting and performance dashboards.
• Monitor P&L against budget, forecast and prior year.
• Prepare reporting packages for management reviews.
• Participate in annual budget and periodic forecast processes.
• Collaborate with commercial and marketing teams to understand performance.
• Develop reports and KPIs to support decision-making.
• Assist in automation and improvement of finance processes and data accuracy.
