Training required: Graduate of a business school with a specialization or a master's degree in finance (management control, audit, M&A, etc.).

The 18-24 month development program will be based at the REMONDIS Group headquarters in Lünen, Germany, offering excellent prospects to become a young manager within our Group.

• What will the missions be?

Joining the Administrative and Financial Department, specifically the Management Control team, our future talent will analyze financial data for consolidation purposes.

Reporting to the Administrative and Financial Director, your main daily missions will include:

• Developing and implementing financial measures to monitor company performance
• Analyzing monthly financial reports according to standards for the CODIR
• Ensuring compliance with the Group's consolidation rules and procedures
• Contributing actively to the annual budgeting process
• Participating in ad hoc and strategic projects as needed by management
