AvetixCyber is recruiting a Cybersecurity Engineer to join our international team focused on maritime cyber resilience. You will work on OT/IT security architectures for ships, including onboard assessments and risk mitigation for critical maritime infrastructure.
The role emphasizes hands-on technical work, collaboration with shipowners and manufacturers, and delivering training for international teams to strengthen cyber posture.
We are recruiting for a Cybersecurity Engineer to join a leading international organisation operating at the intersection of engineering, technology, maritime infrastructure and safety.
The organisation works with major players across the maritime industry, including shipowners, shipyards and technology/equipment manufacturers, helping them assess, certify and improve the cybersecurity and resilience of increasingly connected vessels and maritime systems.
This is an opportunity to work on technically challenging, international projects where OT, IT, industrial cybersecurity and connected systems come together.

You will have the opportunity to work across both strategic cybersecurity assessments and hands-on technical engineering challenges, while developing expertise in a specialist and rapidly evolving area of cybersecurity.
The position is based in La Défense, Paris, with occasional short-term travel within France and internationally.
If you have good knowledge/ experience in OT/industrial cybersecurity and IEC 62443 (2+ years experience minimum) and are looking for an opportunity to apply your expertise to complex international engineering projects, we'd be interested in speaking with you.
