Integrity360 is seeking a cybersecurity professional in Paris to assist clients in securing their information systems. Responsibilities include assessing cybersecurity posture, integrating solutions into projects, and managing a team of consultants. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree, a technical mindset, and good communication skills. The position offers professional growth through coaching and internal training as part of a dynamic and motivated team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent is required.
• Knowledge of IEC 62443, ISO 27001/2/5, EBIOS EM, ISC2 is a plus.
• Driver's license (B) is useful for some travel.

Responsabilités

Job Role / Responsibilities

• Assist clients in securing their information systems (defining objectives, developing action plans, implementing actions, coordination, monitoring and managing these plans).
• Assess clients’ cybersecurity posture against current norms and regulations and through risk analysis.
• Integrate cybersecurity into clients’ projects.
• Support clients’ CISOs in daily activities (defining processes, drafting policies, conducting awareness sessions, organizing crisis exercises, animating the cyber community).
• Lead or deploy cybersecurity solutions specific to industrial environments.
• Manage a pool of consultants, including weekly follow‑up, career development and performance assessment.
• Participate in recruitment of OT security consultants.
• Participate in client meetings, formalise quotations, and reach turnover targets.
• Work under fixed‑price projects and/or Time & Material; assignments range from a few days to several months.
• Clients span private and public sectors worldwide.

Hard Skills Required

• Understand basic security concepts (CIA triad, vulnerability, risk, threat…).
• Have a technical mindset and understand core security components and principles: systems and networks, security devices (firewalls, AV/EDR, VPN…); cloud (AWS, Azure, Google…).
• Familiarity with industrial/OT environments (SCADA, IC&S) is a plus.
• Master risk analysis methodologies (ISO 27005, EBIOS RM).
• Have read cybersecurity frameworks and methodologies (ISO 27001/2, IEC 62443, ANSSI, NIS, NIST…).

Soft Skills Required

• Motivated, dynamic and autonomous mindset.
• Enjoy teamwork and value mutual support and customer service.
• Experience in managing consultants (operational delivery and career development).
• Organise activities, multitask, prioritise and raise alerts when needed.
• Drive clients to reach targets and endorse responsibility for delivery.
• Commercial capabilities to propose and defend proposals to customers.
• Good writing skills and comfortable with Microsoft Office.
• Speak and write fluent English (understand conversations, lead meetings, write reports).
