Euronext is seeking a Corporate Actions & Listing Operations Apprentice to manage and respond to queries about corporate actions and listings at our Paris site. This role involves updating databases and liaising with issuers for legal documentation.

Ideal candidates will have strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities in both French and English, and be pursuing a Master's degree in a related field. A proactive and detail-oriented approach is essential, alongside familiarity with financial markets.

• Proficient in MS Office and VBA, with programming knowledge as a plus.

• Good understanding of financial markets and regulatory context is crucial.

• First experience in finance or client-facing roles is appreciated.

Responsabilités

• Manage incoming corporate actions and listing queries.
• Ensure accuracy in databases and trading engine updates.
• Collect legal and technical documentation from issuers.
• Advise listed companies on their corporate actions.
• Review legal documents regarding listing operations.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders like Listing and Compliance.
• Draft and publish market announcements for transparency.
• Provide accurate information to clients about listings.
• Deliver presentations on listing operations.
• Act as an ambassador for the team, building relationships.
• Contribute to improving operational processes and KPIs.
