Euronext is seeking a professional in Paris to act as the main contact for issuers, overseeing Corporate Actions and listing processes. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience in financial markets or exchanges, and holds a Master’s degree in Finance or Business. Responsibilities include coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining accurate market information. Proficiency in English, French, and Dutch is essential. Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ experience in financial markets, exchanges or post‑trade environments.
• Experience in client‑facing roles.
• Corporate Actions or Listing experience is a strong advantage.
• Strong understanding of the financial markets ecosystem.
• Familiarity with the Corporate Actions lifecycle is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Act as the main point of contact for issuers and their representatives.
• Analyse and structure Corporate Actions, ensuring regulatory feasibility.
• Advise issuers on optimal execution frameworks.
• Coordinate listing processes across multiple asset classes.
• Ensure accurate dissemination of Corporate Actions information.
