Junior Controller

About the Role:

As a Junior Controller at Icomera, you will play an important role in supporting the timely and accurate reporting of financial data to help management make informed decisions. You will contribute to building financial awareness across the organization by providing insights on key topics such as project profitability, SG&A costs, and cash collection. You will also support compliance efforts, help administer AR/AP processes, and assist with audits and reporting.

This position is offered under the V.I.E (Volontariat International en Entreprise) program. The assignment is temporary for approximately 12 months.

Key responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning & Reporting: Assist in preparing regional budgets and forecasts, support monthly P&L and KPI reporting, and contribute to commercial reporting for the Icomera Group.
  • Data Monitoring & Analysis: Collaborate with the Accounting team to monitor financial data such as P&L and cash flow, maintain forecasting templates, and support variance analysis.
  • Process & System Support: Provide first-level ERP support, help resolve system-related issues, and assist in improving efficiency across Accounts Receivable and Payable processes.
  • Compliance & Audit Preparation: Support audit documentation and ensure adherence to local GAAP, IFRS, and tax regulations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
