Job Description:

We are looking for a Junior Business Manager who has what it takes to be a part of us, Prime Group!

Your main responsibilities will include Business Development, Hiring, and Management.

As a Junior Business Manager working within one of our large French companies under Prime Group, you will analyze the national and international engineering markets, identify potential clients and projects, and define the business development strategy to ensure company growth.

You will hire, manage, and support consultants through performance evaluations and training, using the company's career management methods.

As an entrepreneurial professional, you will be involved in developing the business and expanding the company, serving as a key pillar of the organization.

Your role involves initiating and developing business relationships with industrial companies. You will report to a senior manager who will support your career development.

Here are your responsibilities:

• Business Development: Build your portfolio of partners, respond to tenders, and conduct commercial negotiations.
• Recruitment: Identify and recruit consultant engineers, from sourcing CVs to onboarding and monitoring.
• Team Management: Monitor your team regularly through meetings and reviews.
• Administration & Management: Manage administrative tasks related to your team members.

Are you qualified according to our Prime Group Business Managers criteria?

• Recent graduate, ideally in Engineering or Business School;
• Driving license required;
• Fluent in French (C2) mandatory; English is a plus;
• Dynamic, agile, and well-organized;
• Excellent interpersonal skills and leadership in a fast-paced environment.
