Job Description:

We are looking for a Junior Business Manager who has what it takes to be a part of us, a part of Prime Group!

Your main responsibilities will include Business Development, Hiring, and Management.

As a Junior Business Manager working in one of our major French companies within Prime Group, you will analyze the national and international engineering markets, identify potential clients and projects, and define the business development strategy to ensure company growth.

You will hire, manage, and support consultants through performance evaluations and training.

As an entrepreneurial individual, you will be involved in developing the business and growing the company. You will be a key pillar of the organization.

Your role involves initiating and developing business with industrial companies. You will report to a senior manager who will support your career development.

• Business Development: Create your own portfolio of partners, respond to tenders, and conduct commercial negotiations.
• Recruitment: Identify and recruit consultant engineers, manage the sourcing, interviews, and onboarding process.
• Team management: Monitor your team’s progress through meetings, reviews, etc.
• Administration & Management: Manage the administrative aspects for your team members.

Do you meet our Prime Group Business Manager requirements?

• Recent graduate, ideally in Engineering or Business School
• Driving license required
• Fluent in French (C2); English is a plus
• Dynamic, organized, and agile
• Excellent interpersonal skills and leadership in a fast-paced environment
