ATALIAN Facilities, leader européen en gestion d'installations, recherche un Responsable Développement Commercial International. Vous serez en charge d'identifier de nouvelles opportunités, de gérer des relations clients et de contribuer à des campagnes de vente internationales, le tout dans un environnement dynamique et en pleine expansion. Ce rôle exige une forte capacité d'organisation et une expérience en développement commercial, tout en offrant de nombreuses occasions de croissance professionnelle.

Description du poste

ATALIAN Group, a European leader in Facility Management, has established a centralized multi-site and multi-country governance structure focused on the performance-driven management of FM services.

Through this framework, ATALIAN Facilities positions service delivery beyond the traditional client-supplier relationship, aiming instead for a collaborative and results-oriented partnership through the co-design and deployment of Integrated Facility Management (IFM) solutions.

As an independent entity within the Group dedicated to FM operations, ATALIAN Facilities is responsible for :

  • Managing strategic partnerships with clients
  • Overseeing the various business lines of the Group (from project launch, through implementation, and throughout the contract lifecycle)
  • Delivering standardized and consolidated reporting
  • Monitoring performance metrics
  • Driving and animating continuous improvement plans
  • Integrating innovation into all projects

As part of our growth, we are looking for an International Business Development & Prospection Officer (M / F) to manage and develop strong relationships with our new clients and partners (suppliers).

Your new challenge will be to oversee the full range of services delivered to our client, following the signature of a multi-year partnership. You will be based at our headquarters in Vitry-Sur-Seine (94) and will be required to travel nationwide.

Your Key Responsibilities :

  • Research and identify new business opportunities : new markets, growth areas, trends, clients, partners, innovations - or new ways of reaching existing markets
  • Identify prospective customers in line with the strategy defined by the Director
  • Source new leads and contacts using internal tools and external networks
  • Reach out to prospects via email, LinkedIn, and professional channels
  • Organize and prepare introduction meetings and company presentations
  • Maintain and update Salesforce (CRM)
  • Update the cover and work sheets in preparation for Monthly Business Reviews (MBR)
  • Follow up with prospects until a clear response is obtained

Client engagement & visibility :

  • Participate in international cross-selling campaigns
  • Attend meetings with clients and leads (in person, by phone, or video call)
  • Represent the company at seminars, conferences, and relevant industry events
  • Provide regular reporting and maintain close cooperation with General Management
  • Support the international bid team in responding to RFI / RFP / RFQ processes
  • Assist the Bid Manager in preparing compelling client presentations and proposals

You are business-oriented, curious, and driven by results

Excellent written and verbal communication skills (French & English)

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce is a plus)

A first experience in sales, business development, or consulting is an asset

Willingness to travel across France
