Duck Creek Technologies in Paris is seeking a Business Analyst I – Apprentice to support the implementation of Duck Creek Reinsurance software solutions while gaining practical experience in business analysis and insurance.

You'll work with experienced analysts and managers, help gather requirements, document user stories, assist with testing, and contribute to project delivery while building your professional skills in Agile and Waterfall environments.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in a related field.
• Foundational understanding of business processes and analytical thinking.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• English proficiency required.

Responsabilités

• Support customer implementation projects under guidance of experienced Analysts/PMs.
• Gather, analyse, document, validate business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Prepare and maintain business analysis documentation (BRs, user stories, flows, specs, use cases).
• Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams during the software delivery lifecycle.
• Support testing activities including planning, execution, and UAT.
• Assist with training, knowledge transfer, and post-implementation support.
