Qualifications

• Experience of working within a London Markets insurer preferred.
• Ability to work independently as well as in teams.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate in business and technical terms.

Responsabilités

• Conduct analysis work on various strategic initiatives.
• Identify relationships and impacts of changes across business.
• Support Optimization Leads in driving change with stakeholders.

Connaissances

Business analysis experience

Knowledge of business analysis methodologies

Experience defining and documenting user stories

Good knowledge of MS Excel

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Fluent in English and Local Language
