Duck Creek Technologies LLC. is seeking a motivated Business Analyst I – Apprentice to support the implementation of Duck Creek Reinsurance software solutions while gaining practical experience in business analysis and software delivery.

You will work with experienced analysts and project managers to document requirements, assist with testing, and collaborate with customers and internal teams to deliver projects successfully while developing professional skills.

Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related discipline.
Foundational understanding of business processes and analytical thinking.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

Assist with gathering, analyzing, documenting, and validating requirements.
Support customer implementation projects alongside senior analysts and project managers.
Prepare and maintain business analysis documentation and use cases.
Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Support testing activities and post-implementation knowledge transfer.
