You will have the opportunity to work closely withrenowned lawyerswho engage with top executives and influential political figureson a daily basis. In thisdynamic environment, you will join amulticulturalteam as a Junior Assistant within the Paris offices, working closely with the Office Manager and the Assistants.

Your role:
  • Under the supervision of Assistants, your responsibilities will include managing thecomplex calendarsof the lawyers, organising theirbusiness travelfrom A to Z, andschedulingclient meetings,among other tasks. This role requires a high level ofadaptabilityas you will face last-minute changes, time zone constraints, and the need to understand visa policies for business travel.
  • Beyond traditional administrative duties, you will also handlevarious financial tasks, such as monitoring billing, client follow-ups, and liaising with the accounting department. Your attention todetailand strong writing skills will be essential, as you will be dealing with important documents that need to be proofread, photocopied, and archived while maintaining confidentiality.
  • There is also acreative aspectto the role, as you will participate in organizing both internal and external events. You will represent the values of this prestigious firm, particularly in welcoming visitors, managing the mail distribution, and ensuring that each associate has the necessary documents ahead of their meetings, all while maintainingprofessionalism. You will also be responsible for ensuring the proper upkeep of the office, ensuring meeting rooms are organised for guests and that office supplies are always up to date.
Your profile:
  • You’re eager to refine your language and communication skills within a fast-paced, stimulating international environment.
  • You are fully bilingual in French and English—both written and spoken—which is essential for working in a multicultural and global business context. You have excellent writing skills and impeccable spelling in both languages, enabling you to communicate clearly and professionally.
  • You understand strategic legal issues and can provide reliable support on legal and administrative matters.
  • You are comfortable working in a close-knit team and bring the soft skills necessary for success: a strong service orientation, team spirit, and a consistently positive attitude.
  • Discretion and confidentiality are second nature to you, especially in a role where you’ll be exposed to sensitive and high-level information.
  • You are fully proficient with Microsoft Office and can easily adapt to new tools and software as needed.
Additional information:

Salary: around €40K, depending on profile and experience, with an additional bonus.
Office hours: Standard, with occasional overtime based on urgency.
