Cozycozy is seeking a Junior Backend Engineer to help expand our inventory of 20+ million listings. You will work with Senior Engineers on new integrations, data collection and back‑end data pipelines using Node.js/TypeScript.

This onsite role is based in our Budapest office, offering mentorship and hands‑on experience with APIs and web scraping. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of backend experience, knowledge of Node.js/TypeScript, and familiarity with MongoDB or PostgreSQL.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional software engineering experience, backend-focused.
• Strong knowledge of Node.js, JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Familiarity with MongoDB or PostgreSQL databases.

Responsabilités

• Develop, test and deploy new integrations with accommodation partners using Node.js/TypeScript.
• Contribute to data ingestion, processing and backend services for high-volume pipelines.
• Collaborate on code reviews and documentation for partner integrations.
