Une entreprise leader dans le domaine de la musique numérique recherche un stagiaire marketing pour rejoindre son équipe. Vous serez impliqué(e) dans diverses activités allant de la coordination des actions marketing à l'organisation de promotions d'artistes. Ce stage de 6 mois est une opportunité unique pour un étudiant passionné par la musique d'acquérir une expérience précieuse dans l'industrie.

Qualifications

  • Étudiant(e) en Bac+4/5, passionné(e) par la musique.
  • Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et maîtrise de l'anglais.
  • Idéalement, expérience de stage dans le domaine musical.

Responsabilités

  • Coordonner les actions marketing et soutenir les projets.
  • Organiser les promotions d'artistes et gérer les logistiques.
  • Créer des outils de communication internationale en anglais.

Job Description

Joining the marketing team within the Naïve, Animal63, and All Night Long labels, you will assist two project managers in their activities and actively participate in the department's life.

Here is an overview of daily tasks:

  1. Observation and coordination of marketing and promotional actions: creating sales and digital arguments, drafting press releases, participating in designing/producing advertising campaigns, assisting in communication material creation (press inserts, posters, etc.), sending albums domestically and internationally.
  2. Assisting with project references in the company's database (label copies, metadata, etc.).
  3. Organizing artist promotions: developing roadmaps, monitoring schedules, booking (musicians, stylists, hairdressers, etc.), hotels, backline rentals, travel arrangements.
  4. Administrative support: liaising with the accounting department for payment follow-up, managing freelance declarations.
  5. Concerts: managing guest lists.
  6. Monitoring and organizing international strategy and promotion.
  7. Creating international communication tools in English: sales pitches, bios, ecards.
Qualifications
  • Student in Bac+4/5, passionate about music with good knowledge of the music industry and its stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills, rigor, versatility, and responsiveness.
  • Proficient in IT tools: Outlook, Excel, Word, Photoshop.
  • Fluent in English, capable of translating, phone conversations, and email correspondence.
  • Ideally, previous internship experience in the music field.
