Responsibilities:

• Business process, requirements, and data flow analysis, improvement, and consulting in international Life Sciences/IT projects
• Provide process and subject matter expertise, translating technical topics into clear communication for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Drive business process improvement initiatives
• Support the implementation of our Life Science services strategy
• Identify opportunities to enhance services and delivery to our international clients

Qualifications & Experience:

• University degree in Sciences or equivalent
• Experience in the life sciences industry
• Knowledge of R&D processes in life sciences
• Experience in regulated environments (GxP, GAMP, 21 CFR Part 11) and IT projects
• Excellent communication and networking skills, open-mindedness
• Experience as a service provider, flexible with on-site consultancy and travel within Europe
• Fluent in English and good French skills
• Certifications such as IREB, PMP/PMI, SCRUM, Six Sigma, ITIL are a plus
