GAC International France in Paris region seeks a Financial Specialist to manage AP/AR, bank reconciliations and expense processing in line with French tax rules.

You will support month-end closings, tax declarations (TVA/VAT), and audit preparation while ensuring accurate, on-site financial records at Boulogne-Billancourt office. 1-4 years' accounting experience is preferred; fluency in French is required, with English or Chinese as a plus.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Work Authorization: French work permit or legal right to work in France.
• Language: Fluent in French; English or Chinese fluency also required.
• Experience: 1–4 years of accounting experience or apprenticeship in France.

Responsabilités

• Process vendor invoices and supplier payments; issue client invoices and track receivables.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and maintain general ledger accuracy.
• Review and audit employee expense reports per policy and French tax rules.
• Assist with monthly/annual closings and standard journal entries; support TVA/VAT filings.
• Gather documentation for audits and ensure compliance with French financial reporting.
• Provide administrative support at Boulogne-Billancourt office.
