We’re looking for a Creative Manager who knows how to make performance video and static ads that actually drive results on Google Ads.

What you’ll do :

  • Come up with ideas and hypotheses for performance creatives, write clear briefs for designers, and manage production (video + static).
  • Deliver ~40 unique concepts or ~120 ads with variations per week.
  • Analyze performance, spot real signals among the noise, iterate fast, and improve what matters.
  • Own the volume and impact of creatives delivered weekly.
  • Collaborate closely with Google UAMs — share insights and improve the creative strategy
  • Work hand-in-hand with designers and creative producers.
  • Stay on top of trends, test new approaches, and keep the creative pipeline fresh.
  • Be genuinely excited about AI and actively use it in your creative process.

What we’re looking for :

  • 2+ years of work experience in creating scalable ad concepts for Google Ads
  • Solid understanding of funnels, audience insights, and how creative impacts CPA.
  • Up to date with trends in video ads and Google formats (YouTube, Shorts, Display).
  • Skills in creative production : storytelling, structure, scriptwriting.
  • Ability to switch context between different audiences each day with no “one-size-fits-all” attitude
  • Ability to collaborate with A-players in a growth team
  • Motivation and willingness to execute in the most competitive market with such companies as OpenAI, Perplexity, Character AI, and others who don’t and won’t stop innovating just like us
  • Outcome-driven work approach and result-oriented attitude
  • No fears in working in non-existent niches : yesterday there was no one, today we are the first player, and tomorrow we are grinding through dozens of competitors like us
