We are looking for a versatile individual capable of managing multiple issues simultaneously with a strong sense of prioritization and attention to detail, comfortable working independently, and seeking a new entrepreneurial adventure within a growing startup in the fields of optics, wellness, and gaming!

The main goal is to manage Horus X's supply chain, including stock levels, demand planning, and reordering products from production sites to storage locations, while improving KPIs in collaboration with logistics partners (in French and English) and partner factories (in English).

The role combines strategic analysis and operational tasks.

2/ Main responsibilities:

Demand planning & stock management (Analytical and operational):

  • Ensure appropriate stock levels across all references in our markets (France, Europe, UK, Canada, USA, Japan, Singapore) based on sales targets managed by sales leaders
  • Analyze launches and monitor production (mainly in China and Taiwan)
  • Implement and oversee product quality by coordinating with production and local quality inspection partners
  • Use tools like Streamline and Cin7 (MRP and ERP)

Logistics and transportation (Operational):

  • Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and logistics providers to deliver finished products worldwide, optimizing transportation costs
  • Manage customs documents for all countries (invoices, packing lists, FDA, IOR, certificates)
  • Manage our 3PL providers (warehouses, suppliers, carriers)
  • Handle returns and reworks
  • Track product updates and packaging changes
  • Manage disputes (stock discrepancies, delays, Amazon cases)
  • Ensure last-mile deliveries in all countries
  • Handle administrative tasks like invoice entry, logistics accounting, and payment processing

KPIs and analytics:

  • Maintain and develop logistics IT tools (ERP, demand planner, API connectors)
  • Monitor logistics costs (storage, transport) for ongoing optimization
  • Track KPIs quarterly and annually
  • Research and establish processes for new markets (customs procedures)
  • Monitor COGS

There are approximately 50 references. Current software includes CIN7 CORE (formerly DEAR SYSTEMS) and STREAMLINE for sales forecasts and stock management.

You will replace the current logistics manager with a three-week handover in June/July 2025.

This role requires working autonomously, in collaboration with a co-founder and sales managers.

  • Communication mainly via Slack, requiring good synthesis skills.
  • Work closely with online sales managers and a founding partner for KPI and strategic oversight.
  • Foster a culture of autonomy and responsibility, with no micromanagement but high standards and mutual respect.
  • Careful handover with the current manager is essential before taking the lead.

We seek a resourceful, autonomous team player capable of working independently in a supportive environment that emphasizes rigor and professionalism.
