Shurgard opened its first self-storage center in Brussels in 1995 to help people store their belongings. Since then, our presence has expanded across many cities.

Today, Shurgard is the largest self-storage provider in Europe, with over 250 centers across 7 countries, including the Netherlands, France, Sweden, the UK, Belgium, Germany, and Denmark.

As part of our ongoing growth, we are recruiting Deputy Site Managers.

You will work with teams in Villepinte, Sevran, Noisy le Sec, and Rosny sous Bois.

About the Job

At Shurgard, time flies! A typical day involves:

  • Sales: assisting, advising, and persuading clients via phone or in person.
  • Customer management: welcoming clients, handling reviews, after-sales service, and disputes.
  • Site maintenance: ensuring cleanliness and orderliness of the Shurgard site.
  • Meeting quality standards and procedures, taking initiatives, and aiming to exceed monthly objectives.
