As a Sales Support Manager at Givaudan, you will support the French business by providing data analysis and managing the business support team. You will work with the French Leadership team, including the Commercial, Technical, and Marketing Directors. Additionally, you will be the Western Europe Power user for multiple commercial systems, contributing to the success of Givaudan's operations.

You will be based in Argenteuil, France, and report to the Commercial Head, Western Europe.

Responsibilities:
  1. Data Analysis:
    • Perform data analysis to support business decisions and strategies.
    • Monitor sales performance and contribute to the annual sales budget.
    • Manage expenses budget and capital expenditures.
    • Track internal KPIs such as PNWR, Inflow Pipeline, sales vs. budget, and margin.
    • Build internal presentations, including monthly reports and business reviews.
    • Participate in follow-up of growth initiatives and the French strategy.
    • Conduct commercial controlling activities, including baseline exercises.
  2. Business Support Team Management:
    • Lead and manage the business support team for efficient operations.
    • Establish ways of working aligned with Givaudan's strategy and values.
  3. Internal Collaboration and Meetings:
    • Collaborate in monthly segment meetings with cross-functional teams.
    • Participate in project follow-ups (e.g., MW ECO MP).
    • Contribute to quarterly French Touch meetings.
    • Participate in business review meetings with the Euro Head of Sales.
    • Coordinate events such as DRACI, CFIA, and Givaudan Day.
  4. Western Europe Power User Activities:
    • Utilize and provide expertise in systems like Atlas, Aurora, and Compass.
    • Serve as a champion trainer for Atlas France, collaborating with the FCA counterpart.
    • Manage master data through CCM/CPM.
Qualifications:
  • University degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant commercial experience in the food or related industry.
  • Strong analytical, planning, sales budgeting, and forecasting skills.
  • Proficiency in IT systems, tools, and databases, including CRM, SAP.
  • Ability to act as a Key User for internal tools like Compass and BOA.
  • Excellent reporting, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Diplomacy skills for stakeholder management.
