This is how you support us
- As a Support Engineer (m / f / d) you will support our teams at their workstations and assist them with our applications, especially Microsoft 365, peripherals and host applications.
- Routinely provide our employees with suitable IT when they join and leave the company and when there are changes within our organization and authorize them to use it.
- Support us in configuring mobile device management solutions and other applications and maintain them conscientiously.
- Regularly maintain and continuously develop our IT service management tools.
- Expertly receive and document fault reports, initiate solutions through detailed fault analyses and coordinate service providers for software and hardware.
- Independently manage (sub-)projects in IT operations, develop processes and drive their optimization with new impulses.
This is how you enrich our teams
- Completed IT training with relevant professional experience.
- Expertise in IT service management, such as ticket, asset and change management.
- Know-how in system support, in Microsoft 365 or Windows and corresponding operating systems such as Windows Server or Windows Client.
- Ideally familiar with networks, Active Directory, VM-Ware, ITIL 4 and software packaging and distribution.
- Strong communication skills and enjoy working both independently and closely with colleagues and general agents.
- Strong hands-on mentality, plus a high level of commitment and sense of responsibility.
