Responsibilities:

• System administration of the infrastructure using Microsoft Windows in the client/server environment and the virtualization solution under VMware.
• Support of the ERP system and applications within logistics and production as well as the associated interfaces.
• Support for the POS systems and applications of all associated beverage store branches and interfaces.
• Administration, support, monitoring, and optimization of ongoing IT operations.
• Technical support for the introduction of new projects.
• Installing and configuring required hardware and software.
• Supporting users in the event of faults and error messages and rectifying them.
• Localizing error messages and forwarding them to the relevant departments or service providers.

Your Profile:

• You have completed training in the IT sector and have relevant professional experience.
• You have good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, VMware, client administration, network technology, IT security & firewall, and SQL databases.
• You are characterized by a high degree of independence and a sense of responsibility as well as the ability to work in a team.
