IT purchasing and license management
How you make the city here :
- Planning, implementation and processing of IT procurements (hardware and software) in compliance with the applicable procurement guidelines
- Coordination of the entire ordering process and the organization of returns management
- Checking, processing and handling incoming goods and invoices
- Support in planning and monitoring the IT budget
- Budget controlling including auditing and documentation
- Analysis and preparation of relevant key figures for budget control
- Support and administration of IT contracts, including mobile, internet, telephone and leasing contracts
- Monitoring software licenses and usage rights, adherence to compliance requirements
- Support in software asset management
- Management and maintenance of the IT asset database
- Complete and traceable documentation of IT procurements and contracts

What makes you special :
- Ideally initial experience in IT purchasing, contract or license management
- Knowledge of public procurement or municipal budgeting is an advantage
- SAP knowledge is a plus
- Knowledge of procurement guidelines is an advantage, or you are willing to familiarize yourself with this topic
- You work in an organized, structured and independent manner and maintain an overview even with complex tasks
- As a team player (m / f / d), you are flexible and open to new challenges
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- High affinity for numbers and making sound business decisions
- Interest in IT topics and technological developments
