Responsibilities:

• Management and coordination of an international development team and its further expansion
• Analysis of market trends and identification of business opportunities in the field of artificial intelligence in the context of eHealth technologies
• Developing product strategies that integrate AI-powered solutions for hospitals and healthcare facilities
• Transfer of AI business cases into concrete product requirements and roadmaps.
• Collaboration with stakeholders in the healthcare sector to test product ideas and requirements for usability and necessity
• Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify innovation opportunities
• Support with marketing strategies and the positioning of our products in the market.
• Responsibility for planning and conducting product tests and analyzing user feedback to continuously improve the products.

What you bring to the table:

• Degree in business administration, computer science, healthcare or a related field.
• Several years of experience in product management, software development, healthcare IT or artificial intelligence.
• Understanding of the implementation of AI technologies and their application in healthcare.
• Proven success in leading interdisciplinary teams and implementing complex projects.
• Excellent communication skills to make technical concepts understandable and interact effectively with various stakeholders.
• Analytical thinking and the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Interest in transforming the healthcare industry through innovative technologies.
