Job Description: NetSuite Management Accountant - Private Equity - FranceA leading Private Equity firm is seeking an experienced finance professional to join their Controllership team on an initial 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension to 12 months. This role will focus on supporting their French operations, particularly during a critical NetSuite ERP implementation.
This is a hybrid position with a mix of office and remote work. The firm offers a dynamic, young, and hard-working culture, and is looking for a candidate who can hit the ground running and contribute to building in-house expertise in French accounting practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide financial controllership support to the French business unit
- Assist in the implementation and optimisation of NetSuite ERP
- Work across Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, including supporting the integration and use of a new AP system
- Act as a key point of contact for internal teams and external advisors (including EY) on French GAAP matters
- Help bridge the existing skills gap in French accounting standards and support the internal upskilling process
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial reporting in line with both French GAAP and internal controls
- Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders across the business to ensure smooth financial operations and system transition
Key Requirements:- Proven experience in finance or accounting roles, with a strong focus on French GAAP
- Previous experience supporting ERP implementations, ideally NetSuite
- Strong understanding of AP and AR processes
- Ability to work collaboratively with external advisors and internal stakeholders
- Self-starter with a hands-on approach and attention to detail
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
