1. Prospecting and valuation: Actively identify buyers and sellers, search for properties, and evaluate their market value.
2. Advising and support: Guide clients through their real estate projects, advise on strategies, help prepare purchase or sale files, and assist in decision-making.
3. Negotiation: Facilitate negotiations, support price setting, and advise clients on their decisions.
4. Transaction follow-up: Manage clients from needs assessment to signing, coordinating with all parties involved.
5. Network development: Create and energize your own network of independent iad agents, developing a valuable and transferable client base.
