Job summary

Demartino Law is seeking a Java Technical Expert to maintain and evolve our legacy Java/Web applications. You will analyze impacts, implement corrective and evolutionary changes, and provide guidance to developers working with SoJa / 3m@ / SoUse / PUMA frameworks.

You will participate in production support, incident analysis, and subject-matter studies, collaborating across Windows and Linux environments with tools like Jenkins, Git, JUnit, Grails, Spring, Hibernate, and REST/SOAP services.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining Java/Web applications in a legacy environment.
• Strong knowledge of Java EE 6/7/8, JSP/JSTL, JDBC, JAX-RS/JAX-WS.
• Proficiency with Spring, Hibernate, and Grails in production systems.

Responsibilities

• Development and testing: impact analysis and maintenance in a complex history.
• Developer support: guidance for teams using the described frameworks.
• Production support: Level 3 incident analysis and crisis involvement.
• Subject matter analysis: research, experiments, and reporting within budget.
