Today, DCS Entrust’s Fintech branch, specializing in digital payment solutions, is looking for new talent. We offer innovative digital payment solutions to customers in the banking and related sectors.

Specifically, we provide our own secure wallet to digitize/tokenize cards and enable NFC payments on Android and Apple devices. We can also push cards into the wallets of major players such as Apple, Google, and Samsung.

Our products are based on a REST backend architecture that communicates with SDKs embedded in mobile applications.

The R&D team behind these products consists of approximately 25 people divided into squads: Backend, DevOps, Mobile, and QA.

Your position will expand the current backend team of 4, which aims to grow to 6 in the coming months.

We are seeking a Java Software Engineer to join our Paris team.

Your Mission

As a Java Software Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

• Implementing features based on specifications from our product team.
• Maintaining and improving existing products on the platforms.
• Participating in identifying and fixing production issues.
• Collaborating with other R&D teams: Product, Mobile, and DevOps.

Your Future Projects

• Onboarding onto our framework built on Spring Boot.
• Developing exciting new features such as: Click To Pay NFC, iOS Web Push, provisioning.

Desired Profile

Our ideal candidate has:

• A degree in computer science or equivalent (BAC+5).
• At least 2 years of experience in Java, with mastery of Spring Boot, Hibernate, MySQL, ELK stack.
• Openness to working with other teams or stacks.
• An interest in mobile payment concepts: secure exchanges, encryption, tokenization, wallets, and cards.
• A good grasp of algorithms and design patterns.
• Fluency in French and English.
• A taste for Agile methodologies.
• Excellent team spirit and passion for technology and innovation.
