Jobtailor in Villeurbanne, France, is seeking a software engineer to contribute to the Civil Ressources Humaines HRIS product suite for local authorities. You will design, develop, and test features within Agile ceremonies and collaborate with Product Owners and Customer Service to deliver business value.

The role focuses on Java (Quarkus, Hibernate, Maven) and PHP with Symfony, plus database tuning and SQL performance.

Qualifications

• Degree or formal training in computer science or a related field
• At least 3 years of significant experience in a similar role
• Design and development experience with Java (Quarkus, Hibernate, Maven, etc.)
• PHP development using the Symfony framework
• Experience with Oracle or other databases, with a strong focus on query performance
• An interest in functional requirements and business processes
• Knowledge of C is a plus
• Use of AI tools in compliance with Ciril GROUP’s regulatory framework
