Your role as a Japan Hiring Manager
As part of our growth strategy to become a leading inbound travel company for the western markets, we are seeking a dedicated individual to join Japan Experience in Tokyo as our Japan Hiring Manager.
Under the Product Director, your main responsibilities will include:

Master’s degree minimum.
Minimum language requirements:
English: Business level.
Japanese: Business level, N2 minimum level required.
Eligible to work in Japan.
Experience working in a hiring position.
Experience working in Japan’s travel industry appreciated.
Good knowledge of Japan as a destination – geographical and cultural.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage own workloads.
Able to work with minimal supervision.
Your skills:
Communication: ability to communicate well with others both verbally and in writing.
Judgment: performing accurate assessments of potential job candidates so you can choose the one who best fits the needs of the position.
Time management: time management is key to completing the process efficiently and on schedule.
Onboarding: ability to bring new employees up to speed into the teams.
Teamwork: open and effective communication between the team members to assess candidates and find the best applicants.
Negotiation: leads the contract negotiation that benefits both the company and the applicant.
Benefits:
Salary: between 450,000 and 500,000 yens (annual), depending on experience.
100% reimbursement of annual and monthly TEIKI up to 15,000JPY/month.
Social security benefits: you will be covered by the company during your employment.
Yearly bonus depending on performance and target achievement.
International team environment: we have offices in London, Paris, Madrid, Tokyo, and Milan.
Remote work possible 2 days a week.
Up to 20 days annual leave (within 4 years seniority).
