Job summary
CEVA Logistics is seeking an IT Transformation Lead Senior Manager to drive group-wide IT transformation aligned with CMA CGM synergy activation. You will establish a roadmap leveraging AI, standardization, and cost optimization, working with stakeholders across Finance, Procurement and Legal.
The role requires 10–15 years in IT transformation, fluency in English and French, and experience in logistics or supply chain, with travel up to 20%. Location: Marseille or Paris, France.
Qualifications
- Degree in IT, business or related fields.
- 10–15 years in IT transformation, synergy activation or M&A integration.
- Experience in logistics, shipping or supply chain preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage IT transformation roadmap aligned with synergy plan.
- Integrate IT initiatives with group-wide synergy and M&A activities.
- Define AI augmentation strategy and scale adoption across the group.
- Manage IT/business stakeholder relationships to ensure adoption and value.
- Lead tool implementations (ERP, ITSM, contract management).
- Collaborate with Synergy Activation and Innovation teams; support AMS takeovers.
- Improve IT delivery efficiency via Agile/DevOps and automation.
- Lead change management for new processes and structures.
