Job Description

Reporting to the CFO and Head of Purchasing, you will implement the purchasing strategy by negotiating optimized purchasing conditions for goods and services for the company.

Your missions will be as follows:

1. Managing all of the company’s purchases (hardware, licenses, software, etc.): sourcing suppliers in conjunction with the technical teams, negotiating commercial proposals (prices, deadlines, etc.), and participating in contractualization.
2. Supplier follow-up: managing relations with suppliers, handling disputes, and renegotiating contracts.
3. Setting up, monitoring, and analyzing indicators and management charts.
4. Participating in the improvement of purchasing processes, including reflections on tools or other aspects.

Your Profile

• You have successful experience as a buyer of technical products.
• You are very comfortable in English (both written and spoken).
• You are a good negotiator, capable of making proposals and convincing others through a collaborative approach.
• You possess qualities such as good interpersonal skills, communication skills, organization, and rigor.
• You have a good command of the Office suite, mainly Excel and PowerPoint.
