IT Technician

Responsibilities :

1. Provide first-level technical support to clients, addressing software-related issues on PCs and troubleshooting minor hardware problems.
2. Utilize ticketing systems in a procedural work environment.
3. Maintain an intermediate to advanced knowledge of networks, equipment, protocols, and network services.
4. Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems.
5. Install, configure, and troubleshoot the MS Office suite.
6. Troubleshoot hardware issues and ensure the functionality of computers and printers.

Requirements :

1. Proficiency in English (spoken and written) – good to advanced level.
2. Ability to analyze, plan, and prioritize tasks effectively.
3. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
4. Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to meet deadlines.
5. Responsiveness to user requests.
6. Stress resistance and ability to work under pressure.
