Job summary

Triglav Digital in France is seeking an IT Senior Developer / Technical Lead to design, develop and maintain contact center and chatbot solutions, including Sprinklr integrations. Lead the technical delivery from concept to deployment, mentor the team and collaborate with product managers, UX designers and data analysts to ensure excellent user experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of the contact center email management solution, from conception to deployment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define strategy and objectives.

• Define, develop and deploy solutions using Sprinklr and Dialogflow.
• Integrate chatbots with CRM and other business systems for seamless workflows.
• Ensure chatbot designs are user-centric and aligned with business goals.
• Monitor performance and implement improvements to enhance the user experience.
• Debug, troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.
• Regularly update solutions to accommodate new features and functionalities.
• Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers and data analysts to ensure solutions meet user needs.
• Liaise with vendors and platform providers to stay up to date on the latest tools and features.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of the technical architecture and configurations.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on chatbot operation and maintenance.
