About the job

The IT Workplace is looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to Alma's collaborators and ensure smooth operations across our offices in Paris and Lille.

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing IT support, tools access, and providing key assistance in supporting our growing team. The position is based in Paris and requires occasional travel to our Lille office.

About the key responsibilities

  • Provide L1 and L2 technical support to all Alma's collaborators
  • Support new employee onboarding with IT setup and training
  • Manage hardware and software tickets and ensure timely resolution
  • Work closely with the IAM Manager to support the management of access rights and permissions across company tools
  • Oversee hardware asset management (laptops, smartphones)
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for tool and process improvements
  • Maintain IT documentation and procedures
What makes you the perfect fit for the role?

  • Experience: minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in L1 and L2 IT Support
  • Solid knowledge of MacOS, Windows, and Google Workspace
  • Good understanding of cloud computing
  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Language: both fluency in French and professional proficiency in English are mandatory

  • Work contract: full-time permanent contract (CDI)
