We are seeking a dedicated Onsite IT Support Engineer to join our IT team in Grenoble. The ideal candidate will provide support to users, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and services. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing technical assistance, and maintaining IT infrastructure.

• Support: Respond to and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems within SLA & KPI standards.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues with desktop PCs, laptops, tablets, smartphones, video conferencing systems, and Cisco switches.
• User Assistance: Support users with IT-related queries and usage of hardware and software.
• Incident Management: Log, track, and manage incidents using the company's IT service management system (ServiceNow).
• Installation & Configuration: Install and configure hardware, software, networks, printers, scanners, video conference systems, and Cisco switches.
• Documentation: Follow IT procedures, configurations, and support activity documentation.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other IT team members and departments to ensure seamless IT operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.
• Proficiency in Windows OS; Mac and Linux skills are a plus.
• Experience with Active Directory and Office 365 administration.
• Familiarity with remote desktop tools and ITSM software.
• Support and troubleshooting experience with PCs, tablets, smartphones, video conference systems, printers, and Cisco switches.
• Fluent in French and proficient in English (spoken and written).
