We are seeking a dedicated Onsite IT Support Engineer to join our IT team in Grenoble. The role involves providing technical support to users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining IT infrastructure, and ensuring smooth IT operations.

• Support: Respond to and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly (SLA & KPI).
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues with desktops, laptops, tablets, smartphones, video conference systems, Cisco switches, and printers.
• User Assistance: Support users with IT-related queries and hardware/software usage.
• Incident Management: Log and manage incidents using ServiceNow.
• Installation & Configuration: Install and configure hardware, software, networks, printers, scanners, video systems, and Cisco switches.
• Documentation: Follow IT procedures and document support activities.
• Collaboration: Work with IT team and other departments for seamless operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT.
• Minimum 2 years of IT support experience.
• Proficiency in Windows OS; Mac and Linux skills are a plus.
• Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, remote desktop tools, and ITSM software.
• Support experience with desktops, laptops, tablets, smartphones, video systems, printers, and Cisco switches.
• Fluent in French and proficient in English.
