We are seeking a dedicated Onsite IT Support Engineer to join our team in Grenoble. The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing technical support, and maintaining IT infrastructure.

• Responsibilities include: Responding to and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems, troubleshooting desktops, laptops, tablets, smartphones, video conference systems, and Cisco switches, assisting users with IT queries, logging incidents, installing and configuring hardware and software, and working collaboratively with the IT team.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science or IT, minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, proficiency in Windows OS, familiarity with Mac and Linux is a plus, experience with Active Directory and Office 365, and fluency in French and good English skills.
