Position: Technical Support Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Technical Support Engineer to join our growing team. As a vital member of the technical support division, you will:

  • Lead processes and tools to deliver exceptional support to CHCNAV partners, distributors, and clients.
  • Serve as a technical authority, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing on-site support for training, demos, or troubleshooting at partner/customer locations.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of new partners, covering hardware and software aspects.
  • Provide timely technical support and training via email, phone, web conferences, and in person.
  • Analyze problems to resolve product-related issues, including testing, troubleshooting, bug identification, and suggesting improvements.
  • Support sales as a technical expert and consultant for surveying projects.
  • Develop and update training materials.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, GNSS, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or training in surveying, GNSS, positioning, LiDAR mapping, unmanned surveying, construction engineering, GIS, or land surveying.
  • Fluency in French and professional proficiency in English (written and oral).
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills, including conducting training and technical demonstrations.
Additional Details
  • Travel is required, including visits to partner/customer locations, trade shows, strategic accounts, and regional trips to support the France team.
