We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Technical Support Engineer to join our team. You will deliver exceptional support experiences for CHCNAV partners, distributors, and clients, strengthening trust and business growth. Your role includes addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing on-site support for training, demos, or troubleshooting. You will also ensure smooth onboarding of new partners regarding hardware and software.
Your responsibilities include providing technical support and training via email, phone, web conference, and in person; analyzing and resolving product issues; supporting sales as a technical expert; developing training materials; and supporting international team collaborations.
Requirements include a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, GNSS, or related fields; at least 3 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or training in surveying, GNSS, positioning/navigation, LiDAR, unmanned surveying, GIS, or land surveying; fluency in French and professional English skills; and strong presentation and public speaking skills. Some travel to partner or customer locations, trade shows, and regional visits will be required.
