Responsibilities：1. Pre-Sales & Post-Sales Technical SupportCollaborate with sales teams in client engagements (both online and on-site visits to retail partners and enterprise accounts), delivering CAD product demonstrations and addressing technical inquiriesManage post-purchase customer support operations, systematically resolving product-related issues through structured troubleshooting protocols2. Channel Enablement & Product Feedback ManagementConduct certification programs and competency training for distribution partners and end-usersEstablish feedback loops to capture product improvement insights from field technical challenges3. Product Localization & Strategic DevelopmentLead technical documentation adaptation and maintain centralized knowledge repositories during product localization phasesContribute to product roadmap development through market-driven feature analysisProvide technical advisory services for strategic accounts and M&A due diligence processes4. Technical Marketing SupportProvide on-site technical expertise at industry trade shows, product launch events, and marketing roadshowsDevelop and present technical content for customer workshops and solution seminarsQualifications：1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field.2. Over 5 years of experience in the civil engineering industry, with expertise in at least one CAD application area such as urban planning, road and bridge design, or civil design.3. Proficient in using mainstream CAD design software like AutoCAD/ZWCAD/BrisCAD, with a preference for candidates familiar with Civil 3D/Covadis or ArcGIS/Spatial Manager.4. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with an emphasis on being optimistic, resilient under pressure, and self-driven.5. Proficiency in English is necessary for effective communication.
