Job Description:

CHC Navigation (CHCNAV) is a global leader in innovative GNSS navigation and positioning solutions, serving sectors such as land and aerial surveying, GNSS surveying, 3D data collection, precision agriculture, unmanned navigation, robotics, and real-time GNSS infrastructure. Since 2018, our US subsidiary has been a key part of CHCNAV’s international strategy, driving initiatives to expand our global presence.

We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Technical Support Engineer to join our team. You will lead processes and tools to provide exceptional support to CHCNAV partners, distributors, and clients, enhancing trust and long-term business growth. Your role includes serving as a technical authority, resolving inquiries, providing on-site support, and ensuring successful onboarding of new partners.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical support and training via email, phone, web conference, and in person.
  • Analyzing and resolving product issues, including testing, troubleshooting, and bug identification.
  • Supporting sales as a technical consultant for surveying projects.
  • Developing and updating training materials.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, GNSS, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or training in surveying, GNSS, LiDAR, unmanned surveying, GIS, or land surveying.
  • Fluency in French and professional English skills (written and oral).
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills, including conducting training and demos.
  • Willingness to travel to partner/customer locations, trade shows, and regional visits.
