We are seeking a Datacenter Hands & Feet IT Support (Level 2) to join our team at a client’s facility in Buc (78), France. This is a 12-month contract position starting as soon as possible.

The role involves supporting operations for a small to medium-sized client, including performing IMACD services (Install, Move, Add, Change, Dispose) for data center and network equipment, troubleshooting fiber link issues, supporting end devices such as AR headsets, clocks, WiFi heart monitors, Puppy Cube projectors, etc. Detailed instructions and support will be provided prior to work execution.

The candidate will assist network and data center administrators (internal, customer, and vendor) during troubleshooting, have hands-on experience with enterprise data centers or hosting sites with servers, storage, and network devices, and provide on-call support for P2 issues.

Requirements include an IT diploma or certifications, 3-6 years of experience, understanding of Data Center Infrastructure Management applications, exposure to ITIL framework (preferably with Remedy ITSM tool), and fluency in French and good technical English.
