We are seeking a dedicated Onsite IT Support Engineer to join our team in Grenoble. The ideal candidate will provide support for users, ensuring smooth IT operations. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing technical assistance, and maintaining IT infrastructure.

• Support: Respond to and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems in a timely manner (SLA & KPI).
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with desktop PCs, laptops, tablets, smartphones, video conference systems, and Cisco switches.
• User Assistance: Assist users with IT-related queries and support on software and hardware usage.
• Incident Management: Log, track, and manage incidents and service requests using ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
• Installation & Configuration: Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, networks, printers, scanners, video conference systems, and Cisco switches.
• Documentation: Read and acknowledge IT procedures, configurations, and support activities documentation.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other IT team members and departments to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or IT.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or related roles.
• Proficiency in Windows OS; Mac and Linux skills are a plus.
• Experience with Active Directory and Office 365 administration.
• Familiarity with remote desktop tools and ITSM software.
• Fluent in French and proficient in English (spoken and written).
